One date + 1 tsp of almond butter = 143 calories by my reckoning.
My typical meal can be as much as 500 calories. Sounds like your meals are very different.

Tuna packets (70-90 cals) and single serving microwave popcorn (100-150 cals) are my go to's usually0

Yes pickles! Also white cheddar rice cakes. Sometimes I just need to taste something sweet or tangy so I snack on pomegranate seeds.0

Tea. Add sweetener of your choice if you'd like. I have about a dozen different teas at work and they're great for when you want something but aren't actually hungry.
Many individually wrapped chocolates are in the neighborhood of 50 calories each. I think Ghirardelli squares are a nice, satisfying size.
Jerky (meat or meatless) is great if protein helps you feel full, as is a light cheese like Babybel, Laughing Cow, or string cheese.
I will also vouch for the roasted seaweed.0 -
Rice cakes with Laughing Cow cheese wedges. Lots of flavors of both.
Turkey jerky.
Raw veggies. There’s prep time (I prep once a week) few calories and a lot of chew time.0
