I find the calorie count of dates fairly insulting :D
Add nut butter to it and it's like a meal's worth of calories.

    Interesting characterization of insulting!

One date + 1 tsp of almond butter = 143 calories by my reckoning.

My typical meal can be as much as 500 calories. Sounds like your meals are very different.

    To each their own!

Yes pickles! Also white cheddar rice cakes. Sometimes I just need to taste something sweet or tangy so I snack on pomegranate seeds.

Tea. Add sweetener of your choice if you'd like. I have about a dozen different teas at work and they're great for when you want something but aren't actually hungry.

Many individually wrapped chocolates are in the neighborhood of 50 calories each. I think Ghirardelli squares are a nice, satisfying size.

Jerky (meat or meatless) is great if protein helps you feel full, as is a light cheese like Babybel, Laughing Cow, or string cheese.

I will also vouch for the roasted seaweed.

Rice cakes with Laughing Cow cheese wedges. Lots of flavors of both.
    Turkey jerky.
Raw veggies. There’s prep time (I prep once a week) few calories and a lot of chew time.
