Customized Training Plans

Is there any websites in which you can enter the race you're planning to do like Triathlon, duathlon, marathon, ultra marathon.
Then enter the distance (for triathlon/duathlon as they are all different) and the time you're wishing to finish in so the plan is customized for that.

I've seen some sites which do plans for certain distances and then do levels like beginner, intermediate etc.

What do you guys all do for training plans? Especially when you have a few races coming up or series over a few months?
