How Much Cardio Should I do?

I weigh 209 and about 14% body fat. Body type is mesomorph. My goal is to get to 9-10% body fat. Eating about 2,600 calories a day. Weight train 6 days a week.

30 minutes 5 x a week is recommended.5

I do 5 - 10 minutes of walking on the treadmill to warm up then hit weights. I get my heart pumping more doing squats, deadlifts, benching and other wait lifting than walking on the treadmill.
Cardio is overrated9 -

Would help if you told people what you are doing cardio for.
For health minimum, for health optimum, for particular fitness goals, to get to eat more, to play a sport????
