I’ve been on here for what seems like forever. The past 6 months though I’ve done Keto and I’ve lost 20 pounds... I have 20 more to go and for the past 3 weeks have been stuck at the same number.
Quit Keto and started carb cycling...
I’m sure it’s gonna take a minute for my body to adapt... but nothing... not an ounce. I’m working out, tracking food, measuring it - weighing it... no change.

I honestly would like to just be like a “normal” person and eat what I want in moderation and workout but clearly I have to work my tail off for this.

Little bit of pressure...
I’m heading to Maui at the end of the month and to think that I’ll be no where near my goal thanks to this prolonged plateau and minimal weight loss... it’s all got me feeling SO defeated.

I just think of plateaus as a trial for maintenance. At some point, you are going to be at your goal weight and will have to maintain and will have to keep that mindset of working towards remaining at the same weight instead of losing.

I went through a two month plateau and just saw a loss of 3 lbs last week for the first time since the summer. Sometimes you just have to work through it and eventually you will start losing again. Also, with only 20 pounds left you will definitely be losing less so you might want to switch to weighing yourself biweekly or even monthly.
