Hi guys
Just after some advice as I get closer to my first goal.
Bit about me..
6 foot male 27 years old current weight 221 pounds. I have lost 59 pounds so far this year and my aim is to lose another 11 pounds before Xmas and be 210 pounds.
I've been really consistent losing approx 1.5 a week.
I exercise at least once a week and am more active than I have been.
What would be your tops tips for me to lose the last 11 pounds in the next 6 weeks?
Thanks!!

At your current rate, in the next 6 weeks you will lose 8 pounds.
To get those additional 3 pounds (to get to 11 total in 6 weeks), you will need to lose an extra half a pound each week. 1/2lb loss means reducing calorie intake by 1750 each week, or 292 each day.
Either you can reduce your calorie intake by ~300 each day, or go for a run/walk each day to burn those 300 calories (without increasing your intake). At your current weight, 300 calories is about 2.5-3 miles of brisk walking.6 -
My advice would be to not put a time limit on your weight loss.
Your time limit gives you a short period of time to lose that amount of weight when compared to your current pace of loss, and there’s no reason why you need to rush it unless your doctor has told you to do that.
Your weight loss plan is working for you. By Christmas, if you continue to follow your plan, you should weigh less than you do now, and you should feel proud of that. But if you set a deadline for your weight loss, what happens if you only get partway there? Do you feel sad that you didn’t meet an arbitrary deadline, rather than celebrating the progress you did make? Will your Christmas really be more enjoyable if you weigh 210 vs. 212 or 215? By this time next year, will you even remember what you weighed on Christmas? I hope that what you remember is the good time you had with friends and family, rather than what you weighed on that day.
Stick with your plan. Be consistent and patient. The weight will come off.2
