Help with tallying carbs, calories and protein

I am on a low carb diet. Has anyone had success story with this?

It seems like alot of math with the tallying of the carbs, protein and calories. Has anyone had any big success stories?

    Unless you have some medical issue, just eat food. You can have just as much success regardless of the food you eat by just watching your calorie intake in general. Weight loss is calories in, calories out. Burn more than you eat and you lose. Forget all the diets and learn to just eat a healthy amount of good foods. Makes life a lot more simple.

    Why are you on a low carb diet?

    And MFP will do all the math for you, you just need to tell it what percentages you want, and it'll calculate your daily targets.
