Hi everyone! So I’m just shy of 50lbs lost, but with the hour and a half of weight training I do 4x per week, I’m sure the fat loss is more than that. I started this journey back in 2017 and I can’t tell you how much confidence I’ve gain and how much I’ve learned about myself. So here are some up dated pictures!

    Nice going -I can see a lot of progress in the picture - you have much less belly - your waist is a lot smaller. you're doing great!
    You are right - I'm sure you have gained some muscle. It will show when you loose some more fat. Keep it up. keep lifting
