LOOKING FOR ACCOUNTABILITY BUDDY

Hey my name is Julia,
I decided about a year and a half ago that my eating and daily routine habits weren’t making me feel good, so I quit doing a lot of things (eating fast food, drinking anything but water, and eating food with lots of added sugar at the least) that I use to do and started being healthy. The difference between this time and other times I tried to be healthy was that this time was for mental health and not to loose weight. It worked really well and because of my habit change (though it’s fluctuated through out the year) I’m proud to say that I went from weighing 215 Ibs to 165 Ibs today.
Before today for the last 5 years of my life I’ve weighed over 175 Ibs and I’m in some new territory for my weight. Ultimately I would like to weigh between 140 Ibs and 150 Ibs but I’m having trouble sticking to a healthy routine and not falling into cravings. For the last three weeks I’ve been going from 168 Ibs to 163 Ibs and I would like to continue to loose weight.
I’m currently looking for an Accountability Buddy who could help me loose the last 20 Ibs of my 70 Ibs battle. I’m 5 ft 11 in and currently in college. I’m open to anyone who’s willing to message daily. I really want to meet this goal before the 2 year mark hits and I want to continue my healthy habits long after I reach my goal. I would love to be a motivater for anyone and hopefully together we can reach our goals

Until I find someone that can hold me accountable daily I’m just going to post in this discussion.
Today’s goals:
1. Track all food I eat
2. Eat 3 meals today
2. Drink 4x of my 32 oz water bottle

Good morning! You are very inspirational in your journey this far, and I'm sure you're very proud of your accomplishments...you should be! Every now and then (oh, who am I kidding...every single day), we need a pat on the back, an atta girl/guy, or a WTG! It's just nice to have cheerleaders in our corner.
