Weight chart is a bummer.

The weight chart could be SO much more of a motivator if it had more satisfying looking change. It's a big thing to lose a pound! It should look like it on the chart. It looks like hardly any progress

Manually add a weight dated 367 days ago that's the same as your starting weight. That will reduce the height of the y-axis.

I'm going to pop your enthusiasm bubble, and I'm sorry in advance.

A single pound of change in your weight is a poor indicator of the long term success of your personal fitness program.

My progress chart is full of daily ups and downs, but, when I look at the trend over a few weeks, or a few months, I see that it is steadily going down.

Use the MFP tools for logging, (get a kitchen scale for accurate logging) and give it a few weeks before making a conclusion about how you are doing.

    good luck to yoU!

Have the weight increments on the weight chart been changed to 50 pound increments? I used to see a nice graph portaying my ups and downs, now even a 3 pound loss looks like a flat line!tv0cughpxdzv.png

Have you looked at weight trending apps? The most popular ones are Libra for Android and happy Scale for iOS. And yes, I agree that this line looks terrible on the website. At least in iOS it looks better on the app.
