Fighting inherited genetics

Hi all! I’m trying (for another round) to avoid inheriting the health issues of my parents and past family members. I’m the daughter of a strong man who was taken down by strokes, open heart surgeries, and heart failure after developing type two diabetes as an adult. I’m also the daughter of a strong woman who is diagnosed with Afib. I want to inherit their strength and positive influence and avoid the health struggles. If you are in a similar situation or just are looking for a healthier life and need encouragement along the way please reach out!

You are halfway there just recognizing.
The couple of decades has taught us alot about saturated fats, fast food, fiber in our foods, diabetes with the ability to control it.
Dad did not have that luxury and the damage had taken over.
You do not need to yield to poor health with knowledge and a plan of action.
