Heya. I am on week 2 on core de force. No way i am a fit woman at my 34 with extra 20 kgs. But i guess i am doing something wrong. I am not sore round my core. After some stuff i would feel my side mouscles, but thats about that. I do go with modifications, maybe thats why ? dunno. Would have ain in shoulders after pushups ... i want to like the program since i did like thai boxing, when was doing classes 4 years ago.
any tips? Thanks !

Do you feel it in your core when your do the workouts? Don't necessarily judge by how you feel the day after.
How are your rotations? in Core de Force, a lot of the core work comes from your rotations on your punches, knees and kicks. Are you turning your core every time you punch, or are you just standing straight and pushing your arms out as you punch? When you do your knees, are you leaning back and clenching your core, or are you just lifting your knees? Things like this make a big difference. It's good to go slow until you get your form settled.
In week 3, there starts with abs specific add ons. Those should make you "feel the burn" more than the regular workouts. But if you are doing the form correctly, you will be working and improving your core with every workout, even if you don't feel sore the day after.
The good thing about Core de Force is it is only 30 days and meant to be repeated for several rounds, so you can keep improving each round and should be able to do more of it each time.0 -
hi. I do rotate. And try to lean back as much as i can . I do slow down on some things to make sure i do as fuller range as i can. With the alternate knees for example. I dont jump, but step. as then i can lean back more and can feel it more in core than i f jumping. Maybe it is the matter of me not being sore the way other programs make you feel. Wanted to compare other people experience with it. will have to try and keep up with it and see how it goes. Thanks.0

Soreness isn't an indicator of whether or not you have a good workout. If you workout regularly, DOMs should be minimal to non-existent.1
