You do a search for 'Domino's Pizza' from your food diary (there are about a jillion entries for it), you pick one that matches what you ate, and you click "Add Food to Diary".

Thank you, I just looked up there website for nutrition & tried to eater it from kilojoules to calories and nothing matches.

If you have your own diary set in calories or kilojoules doesn't it automatically adjust searched foods into that format?

    anyway it is roughly 1:4

so 1 calorie = 4 kilojoules (4.18 to be exact)

If the information you have is in kilojoules divide by 4 to get aprox calorie amount.
The calories will be slightly less than a 1/4 - eg 200 kilojoules is really 47 calories - if you have a calculator you can be exact.
If it were me, I would just divide by 1/4 in my head and then shave a bit off. Close enough.

The same way you've been logging all other food items for over a year.

When I enter Domino's in the search field, I get loads of entries. Just look for the one most closely matching what you had and the nutrition information on their website.

If you cannot find a database entry that matches the nutrition information available on Domino's website, you can create your own entry.

I end up adding my own entry because I do custom pizzas. It's a pain if you don't like the tedious math to add up all the individual ingredients.

Search the database for the pizza you had. Being a large chain restaurant it is certain to be in the database.

If it were not in the database, you could log a similar pizza from another restaurant.
