    100 calorie packs of nuts, or cookies or chips- if you can have processed foods
    sf jello or pudding
    whole foods can be a serving of fruit or I love veggies with 1 tablespoon of hummus- veggies are usually cuke, grape tomatoes, bell pepper strips,
    a few crackers and laughing cow cheese- many variety

    Any item in the grocery store can be a snack.

    Snack = food. Nothing special about snacks. Anything can be a snack.

    For me a snack is something that travels well and probably doesn't go bad in my pack after a couple of hours.

    I usually snack on bananas, oranges, nuts, hummus and crackers, and cheese.

    Dried dates and walnuts. Calorie dense, but so yummy. They help me fill out my Daily when I'm low on overall calories.

    My other current "secret weapon" is jicama. Dang, I love this stuff. It's super low calorie and has a very satisfying crunch. I peel and eat it by itself.

    My go to’s are white cheddar cheez-it’s, pretzels and hummus, string cheese, or ice cream.
