Does anyone have a rough idea how many calories are burnt playing Korfball ? The sport it’s most similar to is basketball so that’s what I’ve been adding to my workout diary I just have no idea if thats likely to be accurate or not!

    Probably close enough, the calorie burns are an estimate and usually not particularly accurate. That's the reason most people only eat back half their exercise calories.
