How do I shrink my tummy down 6 inches ?

    Eat less and exercise more to ensure you are in a calorie deficit. You will lose all over. You cannot spot reduce your tummy only.

    ^^ Nailed it...... it's a matter of reducing your overall body fat. You can have a great set of abs but they can be covered in a layer of fat.
