Hello Everyone, I am a 62 year old woman who has lost and gained weight many times throughout my life. I started at age 17 trying to lose weight for my wedding in June 1975. I succeeded but then like each and every other time since have gained it back plus. I reach a pint where I feel good while losing, reach a goal, loving the compliments etc and then decide “I’m good” and slowly go back to my old ways of eating and not moving. Then, the head games happen. I tell myself “what’s the point, I like eating what I want like everyone else.” I realize I’m just fooling myself. Just wanted to give you a glimpse of how I got here...again. Today I weighed myself (I hadn’t been on the scale in several months) and I weigh 297 🙁. Please, if you have any thoughts or suggestions at all I’d love to hear from you. Thanks

I’m glad you are back at it! Just for example, I quit smoking many times, three years ago it worked! Nothing done any different, just the right time, right place. Some hard work but truly not much. I was ready.
I feel this way about my journey this time for losing this 100+ lbs. I’m going to do it and keep it off. I really can’t believe anything else at this moment. Join me!
