Sleep habit challenge

Do you find yourself yawning in the gym?want to get rid of the black bags under your eyes? Nodding off at work? This challenge might be for you!

How to do it
Pick a habit that will help improve your sleep . Remove caffeine, reducing liquid before bed, smaller portions sizes , meditating , eating earlier in the day , leaving the phone off etc

Log your current steak of your habit - S/ streak record - SR and a word to say how you feel. Better? Like;

S1, sr2 - refreshed!

For me this is emotional eating at night. I keep sabotaging my sleep going to bed in a very full stomach! I just can't stop. I'm calling on the mfp community to make us all patient, tolerable people because we've had our 8 hours!

I'm going to post everyday with the success of my meal size reduction strategy. Who's in?

    Good challenge.

    Here is what I do: less liquids in the evening, ZMA supplement, bed time tea, reading before bed, sometimes I also try to sleep in cooler temps
