Just signed up and tracking food for the 2nd day. Been a loooonnng time since I've done that. I am advised by my doctor to institute more of a plant based diet (fruit and vegetables). With that in mind my challenge is to reduce or eliminate red meat and have fish or chicken 2 - 3 times a week. I am a grandma, a golfer, love to knit and crochet, am an avid reader and love aquafit. I struggle with asthma and right now a heel spur which is curtailing my exercise. Looking forward to using mfp to help meet my goals of weight loss and improved health.
