I was 130lb before getting pregnant. I already had low self esteem and wanted to lose weight. Now I'm pregnant and I have gained 20lb in 11 weeks. My diet is the same as its always been. *kitten* diet- I'd like to blame always being on the road for work and hotels with no kitchens, but doubt its an acceptable excuse. I'm discouraged, overwhelmed, and dont even know how to be proactive. I feel like my husband isnt even attracted to be....

I can't imagine being 130 lbs and wanting to lose weight.
However, at this point in time you really need to focus on eating good nutrition for your child. You only get once chance to give them the best health possible at birth. Your doctor should have given you some guidelines regarding how many servings of meat/protein and fruit/vegetables to eat every day...back when I had mine it was like a checklist sheet so you could mark off each serving as you at it through the day and if your doctor hasn't given you something like that, you can probably find it online or heck, they probably make apps for tracking pregnancy nutrition these days.
Also, don't be discouraged by pregnancy weight gain...I gained 50 lbs with my pregnancies and I was back down to normal weight in a month or two, so if you are focused on being healthy, it won't be an issue, your body was designed for this, welcome to the super power that is being female, you can make a whole new human being, get super round, and then go back to being a normal sized person.
As for your husband - I'm sure if you are feeling overwhelmed then so is he...plus, some guys are not terribly knowledgeable about pregnancy and are worried about hurting the baby with sex or rough sex or certain positions, etc...so talk to him about how you feel and encourage him to talk about how he feels...plus, if you aren't feeling sexy, then he is less likely to find you sexy, it's way more of an attitude than it is a body shape.1 -
Well I think you’re marvellous!!
Firstly congratulations!
Secondly it takes courage to put out there what you just said, most women bottle it up
Small changes can make a massive difference
Instead of just cleaning the house dance your way doing it
People under rate walking, doesn’t have to be fast, doesn’t have to be far, just as long as you do more than you have been doing, plus it’s a great stress buster.
Hold your head high lady you’re doing great1 -
