Ok so I have been part of My Fitness Pal for many years. I have a friend who mentioned I should join this for motivation. My highest has been 220 and so finally went and seen my family doctor. So I hope his motivation and pills he has put me on helps.
My weight was causing heart palpatations, heart burn,not sleeping and of course ( sorry men) I started menopause on top of everything else.
I'm 43 have a wonderful marriage and great job,so he doesn't think I'm depressed which i could of told him that...hahahha
Anyway thanks for being here.
