Recovering from bulimia

Hi! Okay so I have used this app off and on for years. I have been in and out of recovery for my eating disorder. I get nervous using this because sometimes it leads to a restrictive mindset. My binging and fast food intake was out of control so I decided to take this step and get back on track. I’d like to incorporate more exercise, fruits and veggies, and protein.
