Need some motivation!

Super new to MFP. My mom told me about it. Just trying to get my body back after a stressful year of a lot of changes. I know 100% stress is the reason for me putting on weight. And I need to take control of my diet and exercise but I work an odd schedule and sometimes it's easier to just grab a burger or order a pizza. If you're in my burger boat add me and lets motivate each other!

    Thanks so much!! That's how I've worked out before. Lol just eating whatever I want and working hard.

    Yep! I am down 98.9 pounds since April eating pizza, burgers, fries, chicken tenders, etc. You just have to learn how to work everything in!

    It took me a year to lose 30 pounds. There were definitely some burgers and pizza involved but it was about the balance. I always had to have something green on my plate before indulging.
