This time I'll be faithful

Well hello!

I am 5'4 7/8th grade teacher and a whopping 152.5 lbs (according to the scale at the gym... but feel its inaccurate for...lady reasons). I used to run a lot...and consistently until an injury sidelined me for 13 months (yikes!). I was 158 and the start of summer and hoping MFP + the community will help me stay faithful and committed to getting back to my "normal" weight of between 138-140. I decided to train for a half marathon, cross training, and started this intense bootcamp thing that I think is absolutely insane, but at the same time insanely fun :)

If anyone wants to be a motivational buddy or give me tips (I'm confused by this whole TDEE thing), PM me or friend me :)
