Gaining weight through bulking

I have been catching small gains for almost a year but want to speed the process. I work out every other day. Any tips?

    Are you eating in a slight surplus hitting macro minimums? Are you on a credible/ proven training program? Are you monitoring your lifts as well as your weight/ aesthetics? You said speed the process, yet muscle gain is a slowwwww process for the body even in the most optimal (natural/ no roids) state.
