I do insanity..I am on week 3 of the second set of videos. I love it (hate it while I am doing it) I totally understand the feeling of failure after giving up, I have to force myself everyday to do it, even after 7 weeks. It is extremely difficult but what I do is if I am tired, rather then stopping I will slow down (try not to go at their pace) and might modify the moves until I am more comfortable. Your body adjusts to it pretty quickly if you are consistent but unless you are a super fit athlete, I am pretty sure you should be having trouble doing it.0
