Hey everyone, I'm new to MFP, I've been on journeys to weightloss and toning for a while, but it seems to be a yo-yo effect. I figured I would try MFP to be more accountable to what I'm eating, workouts and to friends. Please feel free to add me if you'd like. The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These are two of the most commonly-referenced threads on MFP; tons of people point to them as being sources of great info when you're just starting out.
