Newbie... got to change ways !!

I’m new to this .. I’m not great at tracking faithfully. I need to lose 60 lbs!! I don’t care how long it takes! ❤️🙏💪🏿 I need to set the example and tackle this and prevent future health issues!! One thing I love is exercising!! Walking especially!! I’m looking forward to any helpful hints or motivation! Thank you!

    Same here. I start a month ago with 60lbs to lose. Now just 50lbs! It's totally doable... :)

    Welcome. I no longer set time goals for myself, either. I feel it's discouraging to say things like I want to lose x pounds by x date. The important part is that you're doing it :)
