Lose weight and gain muscle?

So Yesterday I started a new workout routine. Before starting my cardio I use my 25lb kettlebell and 5 lb dumbbells. I alternate days between working my abs/arms/back and legs/butt first then move on to cardio.
I workout on my stair master 4000pt. Kinda like a stair stepper for about 35-45 minutes depending on the day. Then I move on to 40 minutes on the treadmill using an interval program. And then I walk at an incline at 10 at 2.5-3 mph for about 50 minutes. By doing this will I lose a lot of muscle? Or would I be gaining since I’m walking at an incline and using the stair master? I’m eating about 1260 calories too. Oh and should I change my exercise level to active or very active on mfp app if I keep this up for 6 days a week? I weigh 161 if that matters. Thank you In advance!

Well I can tell you right now you aren't going to gain muscle based on just your calorie intake alone.
Muscle gain needs a strength training program with progressive overload and a calorie surplus.
Maintaining lean body mass needs a strength training program with progressive overload, adequate protein intake and a moderate deficit (no more than around 1% bodyweight loss per week).
If I am reading your post correctly you are doing mostly cardio and not a lot in terms of strength. My suggestion would be to look into these threads:
