Back again-Not giving up!

Hello everyone, I've been using myfitnesspal since Feb 2016. My weight was 195 and climbing. By the fall of 2016 because I logged and exercised everyday I got down to 155 to 160. I really loved looking at myself in the mirror and wearing tighter clothes. My goal was to reach 140 (still is!) I continued on but didn't log in everyday. My weight fluctuated between 158 to 163 for the past 2 years. Every time I tried to begin using myfitnesspal again I got sidelined, discouraged, and lost focus. I realized all of this time that I've never used the forum as way for support. So I hope to be back and posting more of my 3rd, 4th, ....etc. tries. Never give up!

    Welcome back, I know how you feel, been on maintenance for a year, still trying to figure a good routine for myself. Not giving up is a good motto :)
