New to the site

Hello,
I started lifting again in June, after an 18 month break. I gained a lot of weight during that time. I'm 6'4" and started back at 168lbs. I lift 5-6 days per week in the following split:
Monday: tri's/chest
Tuesday: biceps/back
Wednesday: legs/shoulders
Repeat for thurs/fri/ sat.
I am now down to 149lbs after 9 weeks at it again. Myfitnesspal has been great to track calories. I am on a cut of 2,700 calories per day, with macros calculated at 177g carbs, 255g protein, 117g fats. I also use an EC stack three times daily and it has been working well. I'm excited to start reading through the site.
