Unless you've eaten 7200kcal over maintenance you can be safe in the knowledge it's not an increase in fat.
It's just more water in your body, could be from extra exercise, unusually high levels of carbs, more sodium, alcohol, the cycle of the moon (only mostly a joke, monthly ladytimes will mess you up too), stress, injury, illness, or something you wouldn't even notice. Make a note of it, it'll drop off at some point. Next time it happens you can also make a note and see if you can spot a pattern, but it's not something to worry about.
Consider using a weight trending app like libra or happyscale, it takes your weigh-ins and smooths over the bumps like this so you can see a downward trend rather than an up-and-down daily mess.3 -
