Calories in homemade Pork Stock

So occasionally a bone-in ham will go on sale and I'll pick one up and cook it in the crock pot. At 40 calories/ounce its pretty lean protein and I can make a bunch of things with it. When I'm done cooking though, I have about a quart of of leftover ham/pork stock that I strain and usually use for something like beans or pea soup. I put the ham in the slow cooker with no additional water so its all rendered liquid. Anyone have any idea how to get the calories for this? I put it in the fridge overnight and remove the fat cap before I use it so there's no fat. It has the consistency of jello, so I know there's plenty of gelatin. Other than that though, I have no idea. Values for homemade stock online vary wildly so no idea where to start.

It's hard to no for sure but I found this article and it states bone broth is anywhere between 35-50 calories per cup. Not sure if that helps.

This MFP post gives a different result with only 14 calories per cup.

If you cool the broth in the frig and remove the solidified fat from the surface it will be exactly the same as beef broth - about 30 calories per cup.0
