Put your stats in MFP, it'll tell you.2

That will depend on how tall you are and how much you weigh. Like TavistockToad said, put your stats into mfp and it will tell you.0

(Weight in lbs x 0.3) x distance in miles = cals burned.
Multiply distance in miles by 0.621 for km.

The walk itself should burn ~0.3*2.8*(your weight in lbs). (or log it in as 60 minutes of walking @ 3mph and let MFP add it). MFP will estimate the rest from your stats.0

You can also sync a phone app to MFP to automatically keep track of them. I use Samsung health and it seems to give me an accurate burn (I eat back all of my exercise calories). I don't have a fitbit or anything similar.0
