I was offline for almost a year, but now recently starting using the app again. I have gained 10 or 15 pounds since I was on, and just managed my weight with diet. Now I've lost muscle mass and my clothes fit different. 2 days ago I rejoined a club here and plan to exercise 5/week and cut out all the foods I started letting myself eat.

I lately have felt disgusted with myself and want to get back on track. Hello again!
