New to the App!

New to the App, as of last year I had knee problems and stop going to the gym. I've been on and off bust not consistently. I've gained about 25lbs.Today is the day I take control of my health. Sad part is I've always been active and love hitting the gym. On the road to a new lifestyle and regain my old body back. Any tips are welcomed.

    Welcome :) I have no tips for you except take it slow and don't put a time limit on yourself.
