41 lbs in 4 months; easy peazy with MFP!

Thanks to MFP for helping me shred the pounds. I lost 41lbs in exactly 4 months, simply counting my calories. (And setting realistic goals; 8-10lbs/month)
Week after week, I was surprised to see my loss, especially since I didn’t incorporate exercise. Logging everyday became like a game to me. I logged every meal, every day. My recommendation is to log all meals, even if they’re way over your daily intake. Seeing that many calories logged helps prevent you from doing the same thing twice.
With the holidays around the corner, my next goal is to maintain my weight loss.
