Amazing Lo-Carb Brownie---No flour--makes 2 servings

Per (generous) Serving
383 calories
17g Carbs
4g Sugar
4g Fiber
6g Protein
34g Fat

Preheat oven to 350. Place parchment paper on baking sheet. Place in a small bowl the following ingredients:
4T (64g) Cashew Butter
2T (30g) Ghee
.5T (7g) Nutiva Superseed Blend with coconut --blended with 1T hot water first before adding
.5teaspoon Vanilla extract
Stevia powder to taste--I used Trader Joe's and ~1T
2T (10g) Cocoa Powder or Raw Cacao Powder
30 Pieces Guittard Extra Dark Chocolate Chips

Mix together and scrape out onto parchment, flatten a bit to make like a large cookie. Bake for 7min, or until you achieve the texture you desire---less for hot lava, more for crunchiness. Firms a bit after cooling. Serve with a hot drink!

    Sounds good , I stopped eating sugar 8 months ago! I’m sure I’d fall off the wagon if I stated baking brownies 😊Enjoy them have a piece for me
