I'm 11 stone currently but I'd like to be down to a 9.5. Whilst I can see subtle changes in my body, the scales don't change. It's been almost a year of working out 3+ times a week but for the first time I'm focusing on food and calories. Here's hoping!!1

I’m a 33 year old female, height is 5’5”. I started at 200 lbs on March 6th of this year. My original goal was 150 and I hit that earlier this month!! I have a new goal of 140, I’m currently 146 (total of 54 lbs lost). Feeling amazing ☺️5

Goal weight is 130; I'm around 200 now, down from my highest of 303 ten years ago. 70lbs to go. I have to fight discouragement daily as some times 70lbs might as well be 700! Keep up the good fight, all.

When I started MyFitnessPal I weighed 155 pounds and set my goal weight for 140. I currently weigh 143 pounds, so I've lost 12 pounds so far. I'm considering setting a new goal weight of 135 pounds once I reach my goal of 140.1
