    I had a mammogram today! Not my first...where I go the radiologist looks it over right away so I know within 10 minutes all is good.

    Get those knee compression sleeves. It helped me a lot AFTER the pain came. Maybe it can prevent it

    I've got knee braces I wear for lifting and running and compression sleeves too but I need tighter ones...

    Overuse injuries... And lack of rest lol
