Hello everyone hope your all having a good day. Iv just found a workout Chanel on YouTube called “has fit” and was wondering as if tells you the calories burned does anyone know if they are exaggerated or true as I have heard that MFP exercise calories are exaggerated and didn’t know witch to believe MFP version of calories burned or the has fits version

Unless HasFit has your stats, use MFP, which has your stats, would probably be your best bet.

Realise both are only estimates. You may, over 4-6 weeks, have to adjust your eat back cals, up or down, so you are losing at your chosen rate.

    Cheers, h.

HASFIT's calories are estimated based on an average male/female.

MFP exercise calories can also be inaccurate.

What a lot of people do is log the MFP calories, eat 50% back and see what their weight trend is after 4-6 weeks then adjust up and down as necessary.
