Fruits and Yogurt

Not a big deal but instead of half a cup of yogurt and some fruits/granola...do half a cup of fruit and a tablespoon or two of vanilla yogurt. It's so stupid simple but omg it's so good that way. I prefer this over more yogurt over fruit.

For me, it depends on if I want to lean heavy on carbs or protein. Both are delicious to me.1
