I find that any diet will work as long as you stick to it I also find that i lose the momentum about 7-15days in. It feels like I am not able to stick to it even for a month. But I am! I am strong and determined to succeed! Are you?
This challenge is about making it a habbit and sticking to it for a month. The results will come on their own.

I personally will be on a low carb diet. You may want to make it a gym routine or 1100kcal a day - whichever it is, lets stick to it for 30days. We can do it!
