Hey everyone!
I was just wondering if someone could help me deciding a 5 Meal a day plan using the 40/40/20 Macro split at 2500 calories.
Preferably a simple one..
I’d be really thankful! 🤗

You'll have to work this out yourself, just like we all do.
Start with making sure every meal has a lot of whatever the 40s are.2 -

log stuff, see if it fits your calories/macros... if it does, eat said stuff, if not, change portion sizes or add more/less things of whatever macro doesn't work...2 -
I really think it's best and educational to figure it out yourself, but this is a tool if you want a meal plan created for you: https://www.eatthismuch.com/
You can add in macros and number of meals, I think.0 -
That’s a really huge ask from us! You are going to have to do the dirty work yourself!! I’ve been tracking for 8 months and I’ve almost got it figured out 😊,it does get easier0

I eat 2400 cals a day. I eat what I want but fit it in the macros. I usually will have a protein shake and protein bar during the day. Eggs with veggies and turkey sausage, fish with veggies for dinner. ice cream for dessert. Do what ever works for you!!!0
