November 2018 Jennie-O turkey products recall

I copied the relevant portion from the Dallas Morning News tweet this morning:


"The recalled turkey products were shipped nationwide and produced on Sept. 11. They include 1-pound packages of lean turkey, taco-seasoned ground turkey and Italian-seasoned ground turkey with use-by dates of Oct. 1-2.

The products also include the designation "P-190" inside the USDA mark of inspection, officials said.

At least 164 cases of salmonella have turned up in 35 states, but not all are linked to the recalled products, the FSIS said. Patients have reported eating different types and brands of turkey products purchased from different stores, handling raw turkey pet food or raw turkey, or working with live turkeys or living with someone who handled live turkeys."
