Challenging Body Weight Exercises/no arms

I am recovering from shoulder surgery. I cannot use my right arm at all for 8 weeks. This makes lifting challenging. I am still trying to lift and am working my lower body, back and core but i feel like I'm running out of exercises that challenge me since I can only hold a dumbbell with one hand. Here are some things I've been doing:
Body weight bench squats, walking lunges, stationary lunges on bosu ball, add on lunges, Bulgarian split squats, leg press, leg extension, hamstring curls, step ups, walking up stairs skipping one, sumo squat, pulley adductors and abductors.
Back extension holding a weight with my left hand, incline sit ups, incline around the world, bicycles, leg raises, side bends on back extension machine.
Should I be increasing my reps to 30 or so since I really can't increase the weight? Or should I increase the number of sets above 3? I do superset my weights to keep my heart rate up. I have arthritis in my knees so I worry about adding extra reps, but if it would benefit me, I can manage it for 8 weeks.
