Planning for a succesful day

I am new to the MFP. I have been with the WW for a couple years and picked up many good habits but did not lose much weight. I feel I need more insights into what I am actually eating and how much.
I used to start a day from writing my goals on the WW Connect platform as it helped me with my accountibility. I had a small circle of followers who would join me with their own planning. I started this discussion to recreate this daily habit.
My plans for Sunday, Nov 18:
*Clean my fridge and prep some healthy food.
*Log my recipies if I find any new.
* Journal
* Spend some time in the nature
* Yoga

I do something similar. I always prelog food for the day and put together a "to do" list. I am pretty religiosity about sticking to food and exercise plan. I am less rigid about to do list, but it still helps me from just wasting my day away (which is all too easy to do when you are retired)
BTW ... I was on WW at one time. For me, MFP has worked much better.1
