Hi! I'm a student who's looking for ways to hold accountability towards eating balanced and having an active lifestyle.

During the past I was an active member here at MFP, seeing what I ate and having an active community in which we were motivated really helped me as a tool to be more mindful in my eating choices and exercise rhythm.
I'd love to build again those habits and to also support people who are in the journey.
