So, want to know my 8 month plan?

Get the ankle in working order
Create a solid base with weights (programs in Beachbody, because it works for me), nutrition and some supplements.
Train for 10K so that I have Cardio, starting around February (it’s a 14 week program, couch to 10K)
Do “shift shop” on BOD just before the season starts to get the agility looked after.

And maybe, lose a few more pounds so that I can be an alternate jumper? It was so much fun last season, the two times I got to do it 😁
