30 days of gym

Christmas is coming very soon and I want to make as much of a difference to my body before then. Luckily I live in Japan so the Christmas holidays aren’t as indulgent as they are back in the UK (where I’d eat myself into a coma by lunch and eat a whole packet of after eights before dinner) Still I want to use Christmas as a goal to progress so I’m challenging myself to go to the gym everyday for 30 days.
I currently weigh 83kg so I’ll be focusing mostly on muscle training. I understand some rest days are key to muscle growth so on slower days i will still be going to the gym but will focus on light cardio these days. I’ll be posting daily updates on my profile so if you’d like to keep up to date with me or join and support eachother send me a friend request.
For me it starts today but I challenge everyone to join me!
