Glad to be here. I am trying to lose weight, but I am trying to do it without being crazy about it. Trying to create "healthy" as my goal. I am over 50 and find that between thyroid and hormones as they are it has become more difficult. Looking to be more focused and diligent in what I put on my plate and exercise.

Dont let that thyroid stop you, I too have a thyroid issue but I just battle through it. I eat mostly paleo lifestyle and I got shredded just doing that and weightlifting. Good luck!0
